Kindle snuggies

OK, I admit it, I have a hard time finding cases I really like for my gear.

When I got my Kindle 3 last October, I also ordered the Amazon leather case, which I used with it for a while, but stopped because while it did offer good protection, it was adding too much bulk. (It appears that Amazon no longer sells this self-branded case... hm...)

Having had a good experience with a Waterfield Keyboard Slip for my wireless keyboard, I decided to check out their Kindle cases.

This time around, I wanted something that offered basic protection with no fasteners, zippers, etc. So I ordered the minimalist Suede Jacket Sleeve:

and the Kindle Slip Case in red (for my Mom), padded with a plastic shield for screen protection:

I think both are very good for what they are--the Kindle slides in easily and is snugly enclosed (there's even a loop/strap at the end for tugging away the case). Check them out!
